My good friend Nate the Chef Elf and I collaborated on the following e-mail sent to Triscuit.com on Saturday, January 13:

To whom it may concern: I do not appreciate the statement which adorns all of your Triscuit products that the aforementioned Triscuits are "not for nibblers." Many of my friends are nibblers, as am I. If you're not happy with having us "nibblers" as customers, then so be it. There are plenty of other companies who would be proud to have us "nibble" their products. Such a company exists right at your back door. You may have heard of them. They're called: THE HERSHEY COMPANY! I oftentimes have "nibbled" upon a Hershey chocolate bar. Regular, Almond and Special Dark. It makes no difference to Hershey. In fact, I've even been known to "nibble" M&Ms. I find them to be the perfect "nibbling" food. Sometimes I will "nibble" on one M&M, stretching it into three or four bites. I please beg you to reconsider the exclusionary messages you display on Triscuits and other Nabisco products in the future. Thank you. Laura Hughes Consumer
